Senior Software Engineer
The Role
We’re hiring 3–4 Senior Software Engineers to help us scale. As part of a small, high-impact team, you will:

Engage with customers and stakeholders to design solutions for SMB financial challenges

Own the full software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, and production

Refine engineering processes, tools, and systems to support scale and productivity

Shape Affiniti’s engineering culture and contribute beyond your core responsibilities
Ideal Candidate
Seniority

3+ years as a full-stack software engineer

Experience at an early-stage startup

Former founding engineer or startup founder a plus
Work Background

Prior role at a VC-backed tech/SaaS company or top quant firm

Strong internships during undergrad
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a Top 25 CS program
Technical Skills

Full-stack development (JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, Express, GCP)
