Senior Software Engineer II - MEAN Stack

Job Description :

Designation - L2 Tech Support (Mean stack )

- Reproduce, analyse, and troubleshoot complex technical issues across applications and infrastructure.

- Work as an extension of the engineering team to provide detailed RCA, documentation, and escalations.

- Support AWS cloud components including ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3 and assist in managing Terraform IaC environments.

- Troubleshoot platform components such as API Gateway, Auth0, OpenSearch, Nginx, and CI/CD workflows.

- Debug backend and frontend issues involving Node.js/TypeScript, Angular, and REST/GraphQL APIs.

- Monitor system logs, metrics, and alerts through tools like Datadog, and support diagnostics from GitHub Actions and SonarCloud.

- Maintain documentation for recurring issues, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge-base updates.

- Ensure adherence to security and operational best practices.

Requirements :

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in L2 technical support, DevOps support, or cloud application support.

- Strong knowledge of AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3).

- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred).

- Experience with Node.js/TypeScript, Angular, REST/GraphQL.

- Hands-on with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, Nginx, API Gateway, Auth0 or similar identity management.

- Familiarity with Datadog, monitoring tools, and code-quality platforms like SonarCloud.

- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and documentation skills.
