Senior Software Engineer / Lead Software Engineer

C# software engineering position in a highly growing startup, developing a document IDE for non-engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement classes and methods for an IDE for documents.
• Refactor existing code for better extensibility.
• Interview with users to understand their daily work and pain points.
• Propose innovative and feasible ideas to achieve unprecedented features.
• Write unit tests and conduct code reviews.
• Participate in overall architecture design and technology selection.

Qualifications

• Fluent in coding with C# (minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate environment).
• Fluent in English communication.
• Experience developing user‑facing products.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts.
• Experience with GitHub and code review processes.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
• Belief in writing clean, efficient code.
• Experience with Flutter-based or desktop application development is a plus.
• Experience in a startup environment (nice‑to‑have).
• Fluent in Korean communication (nice‑to‑have).

Technical Environment

• Languages: C#, (partially) Rust, Python.
• Frameworks: .NET Framework 4.8, .NET 8.0.
• Database: SQLite, Amazon RDS.
• Logging/Analytics: AWS CloudWatch, Elasticsearch + Kibana, BigQuery.
• CI/CD: GitHub, GitHub Actions (self‑hosted runner on Windows), Azure DevOps.
