Senior Software Engineer (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join Delta Charge in Munich and take ownership of the software that steers batteries and charges truck fleets on real industrial sites. You will work side by side with our Co-Founder & CTO, shaping the core of our technology as we scale our energy infrastructure solutions., Own the control loop: Build and run the distributed systems that connect our platform to IoT and edge sites, including data ingestion, command dispatch, telemetry, and observability. Improve the portfolio control plane: Work on scheduling algorithms, forecasting approaches, and multi-site control strategies and orchestration. Shape the architecture: Make the design calls that allow the platform to scale from a handful of sites to dozens. Work across the company: Team up with the CTO, our software engineer, and the technical sales and operations teams to turn real-world site data into functional solutions. Grow into technical leadership: Within a year, we expect you to fully own your domain and support and coach engineers as the team grows., A few years of professional software engineering experience. Experience building and running production systems, ideally including distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and observability. Ability to handle ambiguity and find pragmatic solutions.
