Senior Software Engineer

As Türkiye’s largest fitness community with our MAC/One, MACFit, MAC Studio and NuSpa brands, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Technology team at our headquarters in Ortaköy, Istanbul.

What Will You Do?

• Design, develop, test and deploy backend services and APIs for our digital products
• Take end-to-end ownership of features, from technical design through development and deployment to production
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Software Engineers and Test Engineers to plan and deliver new solutions
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help build scalable, maintainable and sustainable systems
• Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team
• Investigate and resolve software issues and production incidents, providing technical support when needed
• Identify and implement long-term solutions for recurring technical issues
• Challenge and continuously improve existing architectures, processes and engineering practices through innovative ideas
• Support and mentor less experienced engineers, helping them grow technically and professionally
• Leverage AI-powered coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude and similar tools to accelerate day-to-day development
• Utilize AI-assisted testing, documentation and code review practices
• Explore and experiment with AI-powered development workflows and automation
• Follow responsible and secure AI usage practices throughout the software development lifecycle

What Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years of experience in web-based projects
• Experience with .NET ecosystem, REST APIs and distributed systems
• Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical decisions and concepts
• Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute within cross-functional teams
• Experience working in Agile software development environments
• Self-motivated, proactive, accountable and disciplined
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve engineering practices
• Professional working proficiency in English
