Senior Software Engineer - MERN Stack

Devsinc is seeking a talented and experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing scalable and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). You will lead the technical design and implementation of web applications, ensuring an optimal user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using the MERN stack
- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Implement and maintain APIs for connecting frontend to backend services
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and programming techniques to improve development processes
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on the MERN stack
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend framework development
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Strong understanding of RESTful API principles and microservices architecture
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience with DevOps practices and deployment strategies is a plus
