Senior Software Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to support the development of embedded software and firmware solutions for power supply and electronic products. Our products include switching power supplies, adapters, chargers, transformers, PCBA, and related electronic solutions for global customers.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in embedded systems, firmware development, and hardware/software integration within an OEM/ODM manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain embedded software and firmware for power supply, charger, adapter, and related electronic products
• Design, debug, test, and optimize firmware for MCU-based systems and power control applications
• Support hardware/software integration, system validation, and product troubleshooting
• Collaborate with hardware, R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams throughout product development and NPI processes
• Develop communication protocols, device control logic, and functional features based on customer and product requirements
• Conduct firmware testing, debugging, and failure analysis to improve product stability and reliability
• Support mass production transfer and manufacturing issue resolution
• Prepare technical documentation including software specifications, test reports, and development records
• Participate in product improvement, cost reduction, and engineering optimization initiatives
• Support customer technical discussions and project coordination when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of embedded software or firmware development experience in electronics or power supply industry
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ for embedded systems
• Experience with MCU development, embedded systems, and hardware/software integration
• Familiar with communication protocols such as UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, USB, or related interfaces
• Understanding of switching power supply operation and power electronics concepts is preferred
• Experience with debugging tools, firmware testing, and software validation
• Familiar with RTOS or embedded Linux is a plus
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination abilities
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in OEM/ODM electronics manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with power supply, charger, adapter, or smart electronic product development
• Experience supporting multinational customers and international projects
• Knowledge of SMT, PCBA, and manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in local languages (Spanish for Mexico / Vietnamese for Vietnam) is a plus
