Senior iOS Software Engineer

As a Senior iOS Software Engineer, you will work closely with Backend, Firmware, ML engineers, R&D, Growth, Hardware teams, and executive leadership to build a world‑class mobile app for Eight Sleep.

Key Responsibilities

• Ship high‑quality features for native iOS apps.
• Lead code reviews, enforce code quality, and maintain technical standards.
• Optimize app performance and enhance member experience.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, design, and hardware to deliver a seamless product ecosystem.
• Leverage Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, and modern iOS architectures.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of shipping high‑quality features for native iOS apps.
• Expertise with Swift.
• Mastery of SwiftUI and Combine.
• Experience working with modularized projects and various architectures.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with recent evolution of Swift.
• Experience with CI/CD, code generation, project generation tools.
• Background in consumer products focused on health and wellness.
• Experience with App Extensions (Apple Watch, Widgets, Siri).

Locations

We have in‑person offices in NYC, Boston, SF, Shenzhen, and Milan.

Compensation

Annual base salary range: $200K – $250K, with equity and performance‑based increases.
