The role is ~90% backend work in C# and/or C++/Java with microservices, PostgreSQL, and Azure, plus some leadership and technical direction, onsite in the Kitchener-Waterloo area.
We're working with a company that provides a platform to ensure the authenticity, integrity, and quality of electronics hardware. They're partnered with major public (government) and private entities, so the impact of their products can be felt far and wide. At this point, they are looking for a high-level Senior Software Engineer with some experience leading projects and providing technical direction, to join their team. The opportunity will be onsite, local to the Kitchener-Waterloo area.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience
- C#, C/C++ and/or Java programming language background
- Microservices
- PostgreSQL
- Azure
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- Experience with one major front-end framework
- Work with AI tools for code and other workflows (e.g. Claude, Copilot etc.)
