Senior Software Engineer (MTS)

Requirements:

• 5-12 years of software engineering experience. We will make exceptions for exceptional people in either direction.
• Strong production backend and distributed-systems experience, including typed API design, asynchronous services and durable workflows, data modeling and persistence, reliability, and production debugging.
• Practical experience with LLM or agent systems, including tool use, orchestration, structured outputs, evaluation, observability, safety, or multiple model providers.
• A security-minded approach to multi-tenant systems, identity, authorization, credentials, and auditability.
• Product judgment. You can find the reusable platform capability behind a customer request without overgeneralizing too early.
• AI-native. You use coding agents and modern models as a force multiplier while still owning the architecture and understanding the code.
• A generalist mindset. Your primary programming language matters less than raw engineering ability, product and systems taste, AI fluency, and range across the stack. We work as a team of generalists and use coding agents daily.
• Clear communication and high EQ. You can work with a customer's CTO and engineering team without losing technical depth.
