(Senior) Software Engineer

Overview
Our client is an AI-enabled corporate services platform is seeking a experienced engineer to lead software development across its HK and global footprints. Backed by an established institutional ecosystem, the firm is modernizing the corporate governance sector with an AI-native operational platform and automated partner portals. You will own end-to-end architecture, product delivery, and technical strategy while collaborating directly with compliance and operations teams.
What You Will Do
- Own the full product direction, including internal compliance and workflow engines, entity management consoles, and external client portals.
- Drive hands-on technical execution across architecture, full-stack delivery, system reliability, and roadmap prioritization.
- Partner directly with founders, compliance officers, and operational staff to convert complex regulatory workflows into scalable software solutions.
- Direct production LLM integrations, agentic task orchestration, structured data extraction, and human-in-the-loop verification systems.
- Maintain high technical standards across type safety, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and overall system maintainability.
- Lead and build out the engineering team as the company scales its core technical capabilities and market footprint.
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including prior leadership exposure
- Demonstrated success as a founding or early-stage startup engineer owning production systems end-to-end prior to structured team processes.
- Hands-on experience deploying production-grade AI solutions, LLM orchestration, structured output generation, and agentic workflows.
- Deep proficiency with modern web stacks, specifically TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js is preferred
- Strong relational database design skills (e.g., PostgreSQL, data modeling, role-based security policies, and operational data integrity).
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear software architectures and pragmatic technical trade-offs.
