Senior Software Engineer (.NET)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software applications.
• Lead technical delivery from solution design through implementation.
• Contribute to architecture, system design, and application integration.
• Develop and enhance cloud-based applications using modern engineering practices.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support continuous delivery.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Scrum and Kanban environments.
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
• Apply software engineering best practices to improve application quality and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong software engineering and programming fundamentals.
• Experience in architecture, system design, and application integration.
• Experience leading technical delivery from solution design to implementation.
• Experience in cloud-based application development and modern engineering practices, including Extreme Programming (XP), Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following technologies: Go, .NET, TypeScript, Angular, and ReactJS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with SHIP-HATS would be an advantage.
• Interest in using technology to contribute to public services.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS deployment.
• Experience with Terraform, Docker, or similar cloud infrastructure tools.
• Experience with APEX or Cloud File Transfer (CFT) is advantageous.
