About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop and enhance PSC's digital products and enterprise platforms. Working closely with the Tech Leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, you will lead technical initiatives, improve software architecture, drive engineering best practices and deliver scalable cloud-based applications. You will also explore practical AI technologies to enhance products and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development & Solution Design

Design, develop and maintain scalable enterprise applications using C# and .NET Core.

Build secure RESTful APIs and backend services.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Follow clean architecture and engineering best practices.

System Architecture & Technical Leadership

Contribute to scalable software architecture.

Recommend technologies and design patterns.

Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.

Support sprint planning and technical estimation.

Manage cloud-hosted applications primarily on GCP.

Build and improve CI/CD pipelines.

Monitor performance, security and cloud costs.

Azure or AWS experience is also welcomed.

AI & Emerging Technologies

Explore practical AI use cases.

Integrate AI APIs such as OpenAI or Gemini.

Prototype AI-enabled features.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

5+ years of professional experience developing enterprise web applications using C# and .NET Core.

Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET Core, and relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.

Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and enterprise-grade applications.

Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Experience using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.

Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Next.js or React is preferred. Candidates with strong backend expertise and a willingness to work across the full technology stack are encouraged to apply.

Exposure to AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) or workflow automation technologies is mandatory.
