Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who enjoys building scalable, high-quality applications and solving real technical challenges.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields;
- Must have 8+years of experience in software development;
- Strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET or Java;
- Experience with React/Next.js frontend (full-stack is a plus);
- Production support experience preferred;
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset;
- Good understanding of testing, debugging, and code quality.
Desired Skill-set
- Experience leading or mentoring AI-enhanced development teams;
- Experience using AI tools for code generation, testing, or optimization.
Responsibilities
- Craft effective prompts and workflows for accurate, maintainable, and secure code;
- Design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs against software and business requirements;
- Architect scalable enterprise-grade applications using AI-assisted development practices;
- Build rapid prototypes using GenAI tools and refine them toward production quality;
- Integrate AI into software delivery pipelines and DevOps processes;
- Perform code reviews of human-written and AI-generated code;
- Maintain documentation, prompt libraries, and reusable patterns;
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers;
- Mentor team members on effective prompt engineering practices;
- Champion ethical and responsible AI usage in engineering workflows.
