Senior Software Engineer (.NET/Java)

Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who enjoys building scalable, high-quality applications and solving real technical challenges. Mandatory Skill-set Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields Must have 8+years of experience in software development Strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET or Java Experience with React/Next.js frontend (full-stack is a plus) Production support experience preferred Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset Good understanding of testing, debugging, and code quality. Desired Skill-set Experience leading or mentoring AI-enhanced development teams Experience using AI tools for code generation, testing, or optimization. Responsibilities Craft effective prompts and workflows for accurate, maintainable, and secure code Design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs against software and business requirements Architect scalable enterprise-grade applications using AI-assisted development practices Build rapid prototypes using GenAI tools and refine them toward production quality Integrate AI into software delivery pipelines and DevOps processes Perform code reviews of human-written and AI-generated code Maintain documentation, prompt libraries, and reusable patterns Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers Mentor team members on effective prompt engineering practices Champion ethical and responsible AI usage in engineering workflows.
