We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of OCR, NLP, backend services, and cloud infrastructure. The role demands deep hands-on Python expertise, strong AI/ML integration experience, and the ability to manage production-grade systems on Google Cloud Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage OCR and document-processing pipelines end-to-end
- Improve OCR accuracy, performance, and system reliability
- Deploy and optimize NLP and LLM-based pipelines in production
- Build, maintain, and optimize backend APIs and microservices
- Architect, deploy, and manage GCP compute environments and services
- Handle deployments, monitoring, scaling, security, and system upgrades
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Python backend development and system ownership
- Strong hands-on experience with OCR, NLP, and AI/ML pipelines
- Proven expertise in GCP infrastructure and Linux system administration
- Experience running ML workloads on GPU environments
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
