Software Engineering - Develop and enhance scalable applications and services using C#,. NET, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
Technical Mentorship - Support the growth of junior team members through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Cloud & Infrastructure - Work within cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines to ensure robust and efficient deployments.
Performance & Reliability - Diagnose, resolve, and prevent technical issues while ensuring systems are efficient and highly available.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Engage with stakeholders, QA, Dev Ops, and Product teams to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.
What Were Looking For / Qualifications7+ years of software development experience, primarily using C# and. NET technologies.
Deep understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and scalable systems.
Experience with RESTful services, relational and non-relational databases, and containerization (e.g., Docker).
Proficiency working with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Hands-on involvement with modern Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD and infrastructure as code (Ia C).
Proven leadership in guiding teams, mentoring developers, and implementing engineering best practices.
Exposure to regulated industries or online platforms (e.g., gaming, fintech) is an advantage.
Familiarity with tools/technologies such as Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, or test-driven development (TDD).
Bonus: Front-end experience with Java Script frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
