Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust backend services and APIs. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define software requirements and technical specifications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems to enhance functionality and reliability. Mentor and guide junior software engineers, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend technologies. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, and experience with relevant frameworks. Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and No SQL), data structures, and algorithms.
