Senior Software Engineer Planning Infrastructure

You will build internal tools, libraries, workflows, metrics, and evaluation systems for planning software. You will improve testing, debugging, observability, performance, and reliability, analyze autonomy data, and lead reusable infrastructure projects with broad impact.

Responsibilities

• Build tools and infrastructure that accelerate planning development
• Improve testing, debugging, metrics, and evaluation workflows
• Expose insights from logs, simulation, and real-world autonomy data
• Build infrastructure for safety-case development and test-coverage analysis
• Improve internal libraries, developer workflows, and planning observability
• Optimize planning software performance, maintainability, and reliability
• Identify engineering bottlenecks and improve development velocity
• Design reusable systems and abstractions
• Lead infrastructure projects with team-wide impact

Requirements

• 5+ years of C++ performance optimization and large-scale software systems experience
• Tools, libraries, frameworks, infrastructure, or developer workflow development
• Clean, maintainable, high-performance code
• Metrics, logs, testing, debugging tools, simulation, or data-driven evaluation
