We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a team building automation services for a modern internal developer platform.
The role focuses on designing and developing scalable solutions that automate technology controls, streamline processes, and improve the overall developer experience.
- 5–10 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with API development, databases, and data modelling.
- Good understanding of Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
- Knowledge of Linux, HTTP, networking, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Grafana, InfluxDB).
- Understanding of technology controls and automation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Internal Developer Platforms or cloud infrastructure.
- Previous experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience with compliance automation in regulated environments.
