- Design and build scalable, maintainable solutions that support platform growth and reliability

- Improve system performance, reliability, observability, and engineering quality through optimization and refactoring
- Contribute to technical design, architecture, and code reviews
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement measures to strengthen system reliability
- Mentor junior engineers through guidance and knowledge sharing
- Use data and experimentation to improve technical decisions, customer experience, and business outcomes
- Participate in on-call rotations and own incident response and resolution
