You will design, build, debug, and evolve complex payment integrations across Salesforce and Adobe ecosystems. You will own the delivery lifecycle, manage production incidents, shape technical priorities, demonstrate product capabilities, guide teams as a plugins expert, and create documentation and training.
Responsibilities
- Design and build complex integrations
- Own software delivery from design through maintenance
- Apply software craftsmanship and API design practices
- Lead production incident response
- Coordinate stakeholders during incidents
- Identify high-impact opportunities and influence priorities
- Partner with Operations teams to solve merchant problems
- Demonstrate product capabilities to stakeholders, partners, and customers
- Provide technical guidance for the plugins ecosystem
- Maintain technical and functional documentation
- Lead knowledge-sharing and training sessions
