Senior Software Engineer Python & Connected Systems Greater Noida Company: SAVEER BIOTECH Job Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 5+ years Senior Software Engineer Python & Connected Systems Location: India Remote/Office Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full time About the role Youll maintain and develop the software that controls our LED horticultural lighting systems and connects them to sensors, gateways and greenhouse equipment. Your focus will be keeping customer systems running reliably, fixing defects, and finishing ongoing development work. What youll do Investigate customer issues using logs and test setups, then fix and verify them in a Python codebase Maintain the platforms services, APIs, scheduling, sensor data and lighting control Work on MQTT, Modbus, Wi-Fi and LoRaWAN device integrations together with embedded engineers Review existing code, estimate remaining work, and complete features to agreed acceptance criteria Maintain automated tests, build/release pipelines, and Linux/AWS deployment Document architecture and support field trials, production test and device registration tools Must have Degree in CS or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years in software development with robust hands-on Python Experience maintaining and debugging live production systems Linux (services, logs, deployment, network troubleshooting) APIs, relational databases, and inter-service communication AWS, Docker, Debian packaging, Git, automated testing and CI/CD Working knowledge of MQTT and networked devices Good to have React and Java Script/Type Script Modbus, Protobuf, LoRaWAN/ChirpStack C, ESP32/STM32, FreeRTOS, firmware updates Background in lighting controls, greenhouse automation or industrial IoT Youll fit in if you work methodically, test before you release, write explicit documentation, and raise risks early. .
