• Design, build and deploy AI-powered features in collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Develop Python and TypeScript backends for scalable, production-ready systems
• Work on LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows with focus on reliability and performance
• Participate in full development lifecycle from experimentation to deployment
• Contribute to architectural decisions and AI integration strategies
• Monitor production AI applications and ensure operational excellence
• Mentor teammates and share technical knowledge

• Strong backend software engineering with Python and TypeScript
• Experience building and operating scalable production applications with large user bases
• Practical experience with LLMs and AI app development (RAG, semantic search, LLMOps, agentic workflows)
• Understanding of AI application reliability, evaluation and production monitoring
• Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work with product teams and mentor others
• Familiarity with MCP and modern AI tooling (beneficial)
