Responsibilities:
  • We lead the development of large, complex features from initial design through to final delivery.
  • We act as a subject matter expert, guiding technical debates and solving complex defects.
  • We proactively improve team efficiency, onboard new members, and remove blockers.
  • We mentor other engineers, helping them develop their skills and raising our standards for quality and documentation.
  • We contribute to technical roadmaps, challenge design choices, and work with customers to identify and scope new opportunities.
  • We help manage and maintain our own infrastructure and build automated delivery pipelines.
  • We collaborate closely with Platform Engineers, Delivery Leads, and Product Owners.
  • We support an Agile-first environment focused on transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
