Senior Software Engineer
Summary
Senior full-stack engineer building and maintaining software across frontend, backend, and cloud. Preferred stack is .NET Core, Angular, and Microsoft Azure, with ownership of features from design through deployment and use of AI coding agents in day-to-day development.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, well-rounded engineer with experience across frontend, backend, and cloud technologies. Beyond coding, we value someone who can understand business needs, think critically about technical solutions, and make practical engineering decisions. Our preferred technology stack is .NET Core, Angular, and Microsoft Azure, but we welcome candidates with experience in other modern technologies and cloud platforms. We also embrace modern development practices, including the use of AI coding agents to improve productivity and software quality.
Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain reliable, scalable, and maintainable software applications across frontend, backend, and cloud environments.
Translate business requirements into practical and effective technical solutions.
Contribute to technical design and architecture discussions, evaluating different approaches and their trade-offs.
Take ownership of features from development through deployment and maintenance.
Leverage AI coding agents to improve development efficiency, testing, debugging, and code quality.
Collaborate with team members through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
5–8 years of professional software development experience, with hands-on full-stack development experience.
Strong backend development skills in .NET Core / C#, Java, Node.js, Python, Go, or equivalent.
Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue.js, or equivalent.
Practical experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Good understanding of APIs, databases, software design principles, and development best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate technical approaches and make sound decisions based on business needs, complexity, and maintainability.
Familiarity with or willingness to adopt AI coding agents such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or equivalent, while maintaining good engineering judgment.
Passionate about technology, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of technical challenges.
Experience improving application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Experience working with Linux environments.
