Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Python.
- Build scalable and reliable cloud-based applications using AWS.
- Develop and maintain APIs, data pipelines, and automated workflows.
- Contribute to system design and technical architecture decisions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and engineering automation.
- Monitor applications, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.
- Follow secure coding practices and participate in code reviews.
- Mentor team members and improve software development practices.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
- Experience with AWS cloud services.
- Knowledge of system design, software architecture, and design patterns.
- Experience building and integrating APIs and data pipelines.
- Understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native applications, or event-driven architecture.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Knowledge of application monitoring, logging, alerting, and production support.
- Understanding of secure software development practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in banking or financial services.
- Exposure to lending, trade finance, commodities, or working capital solutions.
- Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools.
- Experience with DevSecOps and engineering automation.
