Senior Software Engineer
Summary
Build and maintain full-stack web apps and APIs using C# .NET, TypeScript, Angular, and SQL, with cloud services on Azure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality full-stack applications.
- Build and enhance web applications, APIs, and backend services.
- Develop secure, scalable, and high-performing software solutions.
- Optimize databases, application performance, and system reliability.
- Integrate third-party APIs and cloud-based services.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance.
- Support software deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux-based environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.
- Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Leverage AI development tools to improve productivity while ensuring code quality, security, and compliance
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior full-stack software development role.
- Proven experience developing web applications, backend services, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong experience with database design, architecture, and optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, cloud platforms, and Linux environments.
- Experience delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Experience mentoring developers or providing technical leadership is advantageous.
- Experience in the travel industry, Flutter development, or start-up environments is beneficial.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in C# .NET, TypeScript, Angular, HTML, SASS, and SQL.
- Knowledge of Azure services (Azure SQL, Redis, Blob Storage, Virtual Machines) and Linux (Ubuntu).
- Experience with API integration, responsive web development, and modern software architecture.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex) is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of PHP, Vue.js, Socket.IO, Figma, and mobile app deployment is beneficial.
