Senior Software Engineer - React

Overview
We are partnering with a growing HealthTech company to find a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join their product engineering team. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you'll work across the full stack to build, scale, and improve software that directly supports healthcare workflows and patient outcomes. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering leadership in a hybrid environment that values both in-person collaboration and focused remote work.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack features across React-based front-end applications and C# / .NET back-end services
- Build clean, scalable, and well-tested code that can support a rapidly growing user base in a regulated healthcare environment
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into thoughtful technical solutions
- Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices across the team
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt proactively
- Work closely with QA and DevOps to ensure reliable deployments and high system availability
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in React (hooks, context, component architecture, state management)
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (Web API, Entity Framework, REST services)
- Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar)
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and modern CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
