If your passion for programming fuels your drive to make a real-world impact, consider this your pass to the captivating world of Product Development.<h3 style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:11px;"><li>Develop and implement UI components using React, building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.</li><li>Build and maintain backend API endpoints in the pod's core language, .NET and Python depending on the service.</li><li>Craft client code that is not just efficient but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.</li><li>Optimize components for performance across supported browsers, and troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth user experiences.</li><li>Write and maintain unit and integration tests for the code you own.</li><li>Provide accurate status tracking, reporting, and estimation using project methods and tools.</li><li>Gather requirements, validate their understanding amongst the team, and create and maintain relevant documentation.</li><li>Foster collaboration with fellow engineers, designers, and managers to comprehend user pain points and iterate on solutions that drive client success.</li><li>Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.</li><li>Take ownership of assigned work, from technical design through a successful release.</li></ul><h3 style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Minimum Qualifications:</h3><ul style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:11px;"><li>5+ years of professional software engineering experience as a full-stack engineer.</li><li>Proficiency in React and its core principles, including component design, state management, and common workflows such as Redux or an equivalent.</li><li>Hands-on backend API development in .NET or Python, including REST endpoint design and consumption.</li><li>Proficiency with relational databases and SQL.</li><li>Knowledge of protocols like HTTP and serialization formats like JSON and XML.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.</li><li>Knowledge of source control tools and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).</li><li>Beginner to intermediate level design proficiency following UML / C4 / ArchiMate.</li><li>Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (inheritance, polymorphism, classes, instances, properties).</li><li>Proficiency in the English language.</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States.</li></ul><h3 style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Additional Experience Desired:</h3><ul style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:11px;"><li>TypeScript and modern front-end tooling.</li><li>Experience rendering large or streaming datasets in the browser, including charting and tabular data at volume.</li><li>Exposure to caching layers such as Redis, and to document or time-series databases.</li><li>Containers using Docker and Kubernetes.</li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines and unit testing practice.</li><li>Interest in data-heavy operational or monitoring products.</li></ul><h3 style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">What is it like working for 3Pillar Global?</h3>At 3Pillar, we offer a world of opportunity:<ul style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:11px;"><li>Imagine a flexible work environment, whether it is the office, your home, or a blend of both.
