Join us as a Senior ReactJS Developer and help shape engaging, scalable, and high-quality digital experiences for Brevo’s customers. You will work closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and other development teams to build intuitive, reliable, and maintainable frontend solutions. We are looking for someone passionate about React, who takes pride in writing elegant code, and is motivated by solving meaningful customer problems through thoughtful engineering.

Your impact at Brevo:

  • Develop robust React applications from the ground up, leading complex modules with complete ownership and strong technical judgment.
  • Design clean abstractions and reusable patterns, writing efficient and non-redundant code that adheres strictly to DRY principles.
  • Drive application performance and responsiveness by continuously optimising rendering, bundle sizes, caching, and load speeds.
  • Ensure production reliability through comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and component tests alongside continuous monitoring.
  • Translate design and functional specifications into production-ready code using modern frontend toolchains and automation frameworks.
  • Structure and scale monorepo workspaces with a strong focus on modularisation, versioning, and clean dependency management.
  • Enhance build processes, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD workflows to ensure fast, smooth, and dependable releases.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams, maintaining strong technical communication, shared accountability, and a delivery-driven mindset.

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Reactjs, with strong expertise in React Hooks, state management patterns, and JS fundamentals.
  • Proven experience in leading complex modules or features within large-scale web applications.
  • Strong understanding of monorepos, including workspaces, module isolation, shared libraries, version control practices, and publish/release workflows.
  • Deep proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React architecture, design patterns, and performance optimisation techniques.
  • Solid understanding of build systems and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, etc.) and experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Competent with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.) and building reliable test suites.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex requirements into modular, scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and a strong willingness to learn and adapt

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in a high-scale SaaS or B2B email/marketing technology
  • Familiarity with AI tools and coding agents (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development workflows); strong integration of these tools into daily workflow is a plus
