Senior Software Engineer, Records
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web applications and services
- Partner with business stakeholders and product managers to translate needs into technical solutions
- Design, build, and enhance APIs and backend services using C#/.NET and Microsoft Azure
- Develop responsive user experiences using React and modern UI frameworks
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production applications
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with C#/.NET
- Experience designing and supporting cloud‑native applications in Microsoft Azure
- Experience building RESTful APIs and distributed applications
- Experience with relational databases like SQL Server or PostgreSQL
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with Azure App Services, Functions, Storage, Service Bus, and Key Vault
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD platforms
- Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience integrating applications with AI/ML services like Azure OpenAI
- Experience in legal technology, healthcare, or financial services
