Senior Software Engineer (Remote | $30–$100/hr)
Summary
Senior software engineers create challenging coding tasks (feature implementation, bug fixing) and build deterministic verifiers to help train next-generation AI systems, plus debug, test, optimize, and review code. Strong backend skills in languages like Java, Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript are required; pay is $30-$100/hour, output-based.
Help train next-generation AI systems by creating challenging coding tasks and implementing deterministic verifiers that distinguish valid solutions from incorrect ones. No prior AI experience is required — your software engineering expertise is what matters.
