Summary

- Create Reinforcement Learning Environments to test AI model capabilities in solving complex software engineering problems.
- Fix bugs, implement features, refactor code, and optimize performance using Model Context Protocol tools.
- Design reproducible environments and deterministic verification for accurate measurement of MCP tool use.
- Develop golden reference solutions to assess software engineering ability.
Requirements
