Leads end-to-end development of complex retail software components, ensuring security, performance, and maintainability while mentoring peers and driving automated testing.
The Senior Software Engineer is a highly experienced, hands-on technical leader within an offshore squad. This role is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of complex components, from initial design and build through to testing, release, and ongoing operational support. Operating with a high degree of independence and technical judgment, the Senior Software Engineer translates product priorities and solution direction into secure, accessible, performant, and maintainable software.
