Senior Software Engineer
Responsibilities
· Understanding stakeholders' requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.
· Adhering to coding standards, Unit Testing and Integration Testing
· Perform Code review of peers
· Involve in product release cycles and analysis of deliverables
· Promote improvements for software development practices, processes and standards with consideration of quality, innovation, and productivity
· Exposure to Agile working environment
Experience in using ETL tool FME to create and manage data flows, data migration, data manipulation and aggregation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree engineering with 4+ years of experience with application development experience in Microsoft Technologies
- Excellent coding skills in with latest software technologies .NET 4.0 or above, MVC/WCF/Web API
- Experience in ASP.net with C# hands-on development
- Experience working on any of the UI technologies React/Angular/Node.js
- Experience working on APIs
- Experience in using ETL tool FME to create and manage data flows, data migration, data manipulation and aggregation
- Functional programming exposure
- Working Experience in GIS applications like ArcGIS/Geoserver.
- Exposure to Design Patterns, SOLID principles, TDD
- Exposure to GraphQL and Flutter will be added advantage
- Exposure to architecture pattern like SOA, Microservices
- Good understanding of OOP
- SQL & document database experience
- Experience in working with MS-SQL Server (Query, Functions, Stored procedures)
- Test automation & CI/CD exposure.
- Knowledge of AWS/ AZURE or any other public cloud services.
- Excellent collaboration skills.
- Analytical skills, problems solving with strong exposure to root causing tools and techniques and ability to come up with win-win solutions in complex business situations.
