Senior Software Engineer

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance full-stack applications .
• Take ownership of features throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Drive continuous improvements in software engineering practices, development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automation initiatives.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high standards of code quality, maintainability, and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions.
• Support client integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely resolution to production challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve application reliability, scalability, security, and development efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, Agile methodologies, and established software delivery processes.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience designing, building, and deploying enterprise-scale full-stack applications.
• Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Golang, Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including deploying and supporting cloud-native applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern software deployment methodologies.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
