Senior Software Engineer/ Software Engineer - Java with Spring Boot

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer or Software Engineer specializing in Java with Spring Boot to become part of our technical team and oversee complete software solution delivery from start to finish. The successful candidate will direct development initiatives, partner with stakeholders across various functions, and maintain the reliability and quality of business-critical applications in an Agile setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and maintain existing software solutions
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Clients, and Project Managers to gather requirements and convert them into technical tasks
• Address technical issues and maintain overall project stability
• Deliver consistent results to sustain high customer satisfaction levels
• Promote Agile development practices to enable timely, iterative delivery
• Lead a technical team across all phases of the software development lifecycle

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of combined IT experience spanning software development, testing, and implementation
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM discipline
• Strong skills in Java and SQL
• Working knowledge of GitHub Actions and CI/CD processes that support more than 20 releases per month
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and deploying microservices

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Redis and RabbitMQ
• Background in managing dockerized microservices across AWS and Azure platforms
