Senior Software Engineer/ Software Engineer - Java with Spring Boot
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer/Software Engineer – Java with Spring Boot to join our technical team and take ownership of end-to-end software solution delivery. The ideal candidate will guide development efforts, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure the stability and quality of mission-critical applications within an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop new features for existing software solutions
- Work closely with Product Owners, Clients, and Project Managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks
- Ensure project stability and resolve technical challenges as they arise
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent delivery
- Drive development within an Agile methodology to ensure timely and iterative delivery
- Guide a technical team throughout the software development lifecycle
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of overall experience in IT, including software development, testing, and implementation
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field
- Proficiency in Java and SQL
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions and CI/CD practices supporting a 20+ releases/month cadence
- Experience with Spring Boot and microservices deployment
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Redis and RabbitMQ
- Experience with dockerized microservices on AWS and Azure
