Job Description Position Summary

The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, test, integrate, deploy, and sustain production software supporting Agentic AI-enabled electromagnetic spectrum, radio-frequency, and technical intelligence missions, based around Tec-Masters' proprietary software. Working in a hybrid Huntsville environment, this position will build software applications, services, APIs, user interfaces, analytical playbooks, and data-product generation capabilities that operate across classified and unclassified workflows. The Senior Software Engineer will independently solve complex engineering problems, contribute to design and code reviews, and deliver reliable, secure, scalable, and maintainable mission software.

Job Description Primary Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate integrity, excellence, drive, and trustworthiness in all responsibilities, taking ownership, and delivering high-quality results.
  • Design and implement production software components, services, APIs, user interfaces, and workflow capabilities supporting technical-intelligence research, analysis, review, and delivery.
  • Develop software that coordinates multimodal source retrieval, parameter extraction, controlled calculations, validation, human review, and deterministic domain-aligned output generation.
  • Implement approved engineering logic and analytical playbooks as explicit, testable software workflows with retained assumptions, provenance, confidence, and validation status.
  • Integrate software with AI agents and models, data pipelines, engineering tools, review records, government software workflows, and secure platform services.
  • Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and create unit, integration, regression, and acceptance tests for mission-critical capabilities.
  • Participate in architecture, design, code, interface, test-readiness, and release reviews; provide constructive technical feedback to other engineers.
  • Troubleshoot software defects, performance issues, data and interface mismatches, deployment failures, and production incidents across development and classified environments.
  • Support secure packaging, configuration, deployment, patching, and sustainment of software in air-gapped and accreditation-controlled environments.
  • Contribute to technical estimates, backlog refinement, release planning, documentation, and continuous improvement of development and quality practices.
  • Collaborate with software, AI, data, integration, radar and missile engineering, and technical-intelligence personnel distributed across Huntsville and San Antonio.


Job Description Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
  • Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience delivering production applications, services, APIs, embedded systems, cloud systems, or mission software.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, information systems, or a related technical field.
    • Experience in lieu of education: No degree requires 9+ years of directly relevant experience; associate's degree requires 7+ years of directly relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with software design, development, automated testing, debugging, integration, version control, and production deployment.
  • Experience with containers, Docker and/or Kubernetes, Linux, GPU inference
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid, multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing micro-services, APIs, workflow engines, data-intensive applications, or AI-enabled software.
  • Experience with CI/CD, secure software supply chains, and deployment to on-premises or air-gapped environments.
  • Experience supporting technical intelligence, electromagnetic spectrum, RF, radar, missile, or mission-planning applications.
  • Security+ or another DoD 8570/8140-aligned certification.
