Auria is actively seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Test Automation & Simulation to design, develop, and integrate key software components for the Space Data Network-Backbone (SDN-B) Mission Operations Center (MOC). This is a remote, contingent position.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:
- Develop simulated gRPC/mTLS services for development, load-testing
- Demonstrate capability without depending continuously on live external systems
- Integrate simulations into CI/CD pipelines
- Build automated unit, integration, performance and E2E tests.
WHAT THE TEAM REQUIRES:
- 6–10+ years software/SDET experience
- Python plus Go; gRPC/Protobuf; API service virtualization; performance/load testing; Kubernetes/Docker
- CI/CD; automated integration testing; distributed-system debugging.
- Active TS required.
WHAT THE TEAM PREFERS:
- Experience in data integration for C2 systems (i.e., Space C2) is preferred.
PAY TRANSPARENCY: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level. $150,000-$185,000
