Senior Software Engineer building scalable multi-tier API-based applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, and Angular within Agile/SAFe teams, while mentoring engineers and contributing to architecture decisions.
Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable multi-tier API-based applications using ASP .NET Core and C#.
- Drive the implementation of high-quality, maintainable, and performant software solutions.
- Collaborate within Agile/SAFe teams to deliver features on schedule with strong focus on quality, performance, and localization.
- Build and maintain reusable frameworks, services, and engineering tools.
- Diagnose and resolve complex production and application issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across the team.
- Contribute to technical architecture, engineering standards, and development best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to improve engineering efficiency and product quality.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using C#, ASP .NET Core and Angular.
- 3+ years of experience developing RESTful APIs using .NET Core/ASP.NET Core.
- Experience with Entity Framework, Dapper and relational databases such as SQL Server and/or Oracle.
- 3+ years of experience developing Single Page Applications (SPA) using Angular.
- 2+ years of experience with C++ programming.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and TDD practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Experience with API management platforms such as Apigee is a plus.
- Experience developing or deploying microservices architectures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Spring Security, and Hibernate.
