Responsibilities\n- \n
- Designs, develops, evaluates, plans, and tests engineering specifications for software programs and applications. \n
- Troubleshoots, and analyzes complex software programs for computer-based systems. \n
- Develops complex documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. \n
- Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. \n
- Performs complex systems modeling, simulation, and analysis. Designs and develop basic compilers, assemblers, utility programs and operating systems. \n
- Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle. \n
- Develops documentation of new or existing programs. \n
- Applies practical knowledge of job typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. \n
- May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals. \n
- May serve as a team or task lead \n

- Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent technical training, certification(s) or experience \n
- Experience: 5+ years of related experience \n
- Certification: Candidate must possess an appropriate and current DoD 8570/8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Certification to be considered for employment. CompTIA Security+ CE Certification is the preferred certification. \n
- Security Clearance Level: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required. \n
