Role Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization, while also mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
- WordPress Development – Develop and maintain WordPress websites, including front-end, back-end, themes, plugins, and custom features using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.
- Shopify & WooCommerce – Manage and customize e-commerce stores, themes, apps, plugins, and integrations using Liquid, PHP, JavaScript, and APIs.
- Full-Stack Development – Develop and maintain web applications and systems using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Systems Integration – Integrate APIs, databases, websites, mobile apps, and third-party platforms.
- Hosting & Infrastructure – Manage AWS, Bluehost, hosting, domains, DNS, SSL, servers, and cloud environments.
- Maintenance & Optimization – Troubleshoot, secure, monitor, and optimize systems and websites.
- Deployment & QA – Manage deployments, updates, testing, and releases using version control and development tools.
- Automation & Support – Develop automation tools and provide technical support.
- Documentation & Improvement – Maintain documentation and research solutions for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in modern programming languages & frameworks
- Experience with backend development, microservices, and API architecture
- Familiarity with cloud computing & DevOps tools
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills
