Senior Software Engineer
Salary: $8,000 – $12,000 per month
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer / Principal Engineer to develop and enhance software solutions for industrial automation systems. You will work on machine control, hardware integration and Windows-based applications, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver reliable and high-performance automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test and troubleshoot industrial automation software using C++, C# and WPF.
Develop and integrate machine functionalities involving motion control cards, distributed I/O systems, sensors and actuators.
Implement reliable communication between software and hardware components and optimise application performance.
Apply multithreading, synchronization and memory management techniques to develop robust and efficient applications.
Collaborate closely with electrical and mechanical engineers to translate system requirements into effective software solutions.
Perform code reviews, troubleshooting and software optimisation while ensuring high standards of code quality, reliability and maintainability.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum 6 years of experience in industrial automation software development.
Strong programming experience in C++, C# and WPF.
Hands-on experience with motion control cards and distributed I/O systems.
Strong understanding of Windows API, multithreading, synchronization, memory management and C++ Standard Library/templates.
Experience with Windows GDI/GDI+ or Borland/Embarcadero C++ Builder VCL will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
