Senior Software Engineer

Lead end-to-end mobile development for iOS and Android applications, providing technical direction and mentorship. Establish development, review, testing, and CI/CD standards; design scalable architecture; collaborate with product and design partners; integrate mini-apps and virtual currency systems; and oversee timely delivery of high-quality applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile development and provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Define and implement mobile development, code review, testing, and CI/CD standards.
• Drive scalable and maintainable application architecture from scratch.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Ensure integration of mini-apps and virtual currency systems with the Xsolla App ecosystem.
• Work with developers, QA engineers, project managers, stakeholders, and global cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate communication across globally distributed teams.
• Oversee the development lifecycle and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality applications.

Requirements

• 4+ years of mobile development experience focused on iOS and Android.
• Experience delivering commercial mobile applications from concept to launch.
• Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
• Proficiency with React Native.
• Understanding of mobile architecture.
• Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.
• Leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with gaming ecosystems and virtual currency platforms is a plus.
