Senior Software engineer / Y-combinator backed startup - Stockholm

I'm working in partnership with one of Stockholm's most exciting startups, building the agentic application layer for a trillion-dollar industry!

A small, high-pace team who have previously been building within some of Stockholm's coolest companies, they are now building an industry-transforming product to optimise workflows, automate processes and minimise poor, costly decisions within critical industry.

With strong investment, fantastic traction on the product & momentum, already being used across 4 continents, they are looking to add 1 more senior engineer to their engineering team - an opportunity for someone to join at an incredibly exciting and pivotal point in their journey, from early stage!

What we are looking for:

• Senior engineer with a track record of tackling a diverse set of complex technical challenges and problem spaces, building products for real-world impact
• Product minded, outcome oriented. You like to see and own the bigger picture, you have experience building and driving features & scalable systems end-to-end, with an understanding and concern for the impact on the user
• Startup coded: We are a small, high pace & high trust team, with a lot of exciting technical challenges and complexity. We are looking for engineers who aren't afraid of startup pace and ambiguity, have a real 'get shit done' mentality, but also are able to collaborate seamlessly with the rest of the team.
• 5+ Years (ideally) as a software engineer, with strong experience in building reliable, scalable systems at backend & platform layers.
• Our application & workflow engine in built in Typescript, so experience with that is great to have.
• You've been using AI to assist your development and coding for the last 1-2 years, and it would be great if you have experience building AI agents, AI-powered systems into production, and have some knowledge about AI harnesses & Evals

This is a permanent role, based out of our Stockholm HQ.
