• Do you have 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or a management role managing people, operational excellence and delivery challenges?

• Do you have excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team?
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical and operational decisions
• Supporting the design and development of scalable APIs, cloud services, and responsive web applications
• Help establish AI development environments and encourage the adoption of AI-assisted development tools and intelligent business solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation, AI, and emerging technologies
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, collaboration, and technical excellence
• Tech Stack - C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and REST APIs
• Developing modern web applications using technologies such as React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and architectures (e.g., Azure, microservices)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Engineering Manager to join the team and be a key people and technical leader, and to help the team deliver meaningful value to customers and the business. This role is across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 stack (CRM/ERP), so it is key that you have expertise in this area.

In this role, you will partner closely with stake holders to set direction, drive delivery outcomes, and guide the team through technical decisions when needed. You will bring a strong engineering background and be comfortable rolling up your sleeves where required, while keeping your focus on people leadership, technical excellence, delivery, vendor and partner engagement, and the health of production systems.

You will be responsible for building, coaching, mentoring, and growing a high-performing engineering team and environment. As a subject matter expert in your domain, you will help shape the future direction of the technology platforms while fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

With a Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within scope you will be strong in Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software engineering practices.
