Senior Software Engineers (Java / JavaScript / C++)
Responsibilities
- Support the Team Lead in guiding the development team on Agile/Scrum processes and task management.
- Engage with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver software solutions that meet business needs.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and system enhancements.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to software quality standards.
- Prepare technical specifications and assess solution feasibility.
- Integrate software components and ensure seamless system functionality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and upgrade existing applications.
- Automate processes using appropriate tools and scripting.
- Perform unit, integration, validation, UAT, and system integration testing.
- Deploy applications, monitor performance, and incorporate user feedback.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Proficiency in ReactJS, Node.js, MongoDB, Flutter, JavaScript/TypeScript, FeatherJS, Java, Spring Boot, and Git.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices is an advantage.
- Hands-on software development experience with a passion for programming.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a collaborative team player.
- Good communication and documentation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to mentor and guide team members.
