Join a global engineering team responsible for developing an internal Platform Control Plane that helps automate security and operational controls across enterprise technology platforms.
You will combine strong software engineering skills with Platform Engineering practices to design and build scalable automation services, workflows, and integrations. The role offers the opportunity to work on complex platform challenges while driving automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across global engineering teams.
You will- Analyze existing controls and identify opportunities to automate them through platform services.
- Design and develop automation services, APIs, workflows, and integrations
- Build scalable solutions for the Platform Control Plane
- Work with databases, data schemas, and microservice architectures
- Improve platform reliability, engineering practices, and operational efficiency
- Drive automation, process improvements, and reusable solutions
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to define and implement new platform capabilities
- Support technical alignment and knowledge sharing across distributed teams
- Contribute to mentoring and development of engineering teams
Kogo poszukujemy?
Must have
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python
- Experience developing APIs, data schemas, and application workflows
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of HTTP and modern web infrastructure, including DNS, TLS, load balancing, reverse proxies, service meshes, and API gateways
- Understanding of databases and data modelling
- Basic knowledge of Linux and web technologies
- Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Grafana and InfluxDB
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Fluent English and Polish
- Experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE
- Previous experience in a technical lead role
- Experience with Internal Developer Platforms or Cloud Platforms
- Knowledge of time-series databases and data visualization
- Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams
- Experience mentoring engineers or supporting offshore engineering teams
- Experience in enterprise or highly regulated environments
